The acquisition of ABD is part of Foxway’s long-term ambition to build a stronger European infrastructure for circular tech, enabling more devices to be repaired, upgraded and returned to the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ABD offers computer refurbishment services such as respraying and skinning to restore devices to a premium standard. The company is based in Buftea, Ilfov County, Romania, and employs around 50 people. In the 2024 financial year, ABD reported revenue of approx.
