The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1991, RBC provides mission-critical IT systems and integration services to blue-chip retail and banking clients, spanning consulting, systems integration, custom software development, and long-term support. The Company is recognised for its deep sector expertise and long-standing customer relationships, with over 80% of clients working with RBC for more than 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through its partnership with MidEuropa, RBC will benefit from operational expertise, regional experience, and M&amp;A execution capabilities to accelerate growth and pursue selective expansion opportunities in a market driven by accelerating digitalisation and automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Andrei Boji\u021b\u0103 commented:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are proud of what RBC has built over the years, supported by the trust of our long-term clients.
