After the first eight months of 2025, Devhd reported a turnover of approximately 6,000,000 lei, up by over 33% compared to the same period last year. The company maintains its annual growth forecast of approximately 25%, supported by ongoing projects and new opportunities. The growth is mainly organically fueled, with a team utilization rate of 100%; Devhd is also expanding the recruitment process, including for positions requiring knowledge of the German language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Operational successes and new projects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2025, the company managed the impact of new tax regulations and operating costs by strengthening international collaborations and diversifying its portfolio. Devhd signed a new contract in Romania in the healthcare field and started two projects with a client in Germany, in the insurance industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the same time, Devhd is running a Customer Service Management (CSM) project for a new client, in line with ServiceNow’s global direction to offer increasingly accessible and scalable CSM solutions for mid-sized companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “We focus on solutions that bring quick value to customers \u2014 whether we are talking about optimizing internal processes, automating services to employees or modernizing interactions with end customers.
