Only 6% see a real risk of replacement, while 22% remain neutral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to the needs of companies undergoing digital transformation, Concentrix Romania aims to expand its portfolio of technology-driven, innovative services\u2013 services that gain value through AI &nbsp;integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Financial Crimes &amp; Compliance (FC&amp;C) \u2013 fraud, money laundering, and regulatory risk, addressed through AI-assisted detection and compliance operations.<\/li><li>Trust &amp; Safety \/ Content Moderation \u2013 combining AI tools with human expertise to moderate content, detect abuse or fake accounts, and ensure digital platform integrity.<\/li><li>Customer Experience and Digital Operations \u2013 blending automation, data insights, and multilingual teams to manage high-volume, complex interactions across multiple channels.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2001\" height=\"1500\" src=\"https:\/\/outsourcing-today.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Diana-Delca-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14116\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201c<\/em>Artificial intelligence helps us redefine roles and prepare employees for the skills of tomorrow, in an industry where adaptability and flexibility are essential.
