The Stefanini Group announced the acquisition of 100% of the operations of the Romanian company Cyber \u200b\u200bSmart Defence, which specializes in cybersecurity solutions. The transaction represents a new step in the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the European market and strengthen its digital security vertical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The acquisition solidifies a partnership that began in 2020 and strengthens Stefanini’s position as a global leader in cybersecurity by incorporating a highly qualified team of experts from Cyber \u200b\u200bSmart Defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“This acquisition is a game-changer for our customers in Romania.
