Endeavor Romania<\/strong><\/a> announces the start of the second edition of its <\/a>Scale Up Program<\/strong><\/a>, a unique program dedicated to companies in advanced growth stages. Running from September 2025 to March 2026<\/strong>, the program aims to provide direct and tailored support to founders in their scaling journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a rigorous selection process conducted over the summer, eight companies have been selected to join this year\u2019s cohort:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  MeetGeek.ai<\/strong><\/a>is a complete ecosystem of meeting apps, AI meeting assistants\/agents, mobile & Chrome capture, and public APIs that capture, assist, automate\/integrate, and measure\/secure everything around meetings \u2013 so conversations turn into actions, insights, and automations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Lendox<\/strong><\/a> is a Credit Intelligence Service, accelerating Bank analytical achievement, from sales to underwriting and monitoring, leveraging advanced technology and proprietary modeling to revolutionize credit risk assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Symphopay<\/strong><\/a> is an Omnichannel Payments Orchestration Platform designed for Banks and Large Retailers. Symphopay democratizes payments by unlocking limitless integration possibilities, empowering banks and merchants to innovate without boundaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Rayscape<\/strong><\/a> is a medical technology company dedicated to advancing radiology through AI-powered solutions. Its CE-marked products integrate seamlessly with hospital systems to assist radiologists in the early detection and monitoring of lung diseases, including lung cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Munevo<\/strong><\/a> is an assistive technology company that uses smart glasses for people with disabilities to improve mobility and everyday life. The company creates access to technology and improves the possibility of people with spinal cord injuries, ALS, MS, which usually do not have an option to stay mobile in their power wheelchairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Questo<\/strong><\/a> helps people to reconnect with the real-world. Players solve clues and challenges that guide them through hidden stories, landmarks, and local secrets, making every walk feel like an adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Fagura<\/strong><\/a>connects individuals and small businesses looking for loans with a community of investors. The company’s mission is to make financing more accessible and transparent, offering an alternative to traditional banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Licenseware<\/strong><\/a> helps enterprises save millions on software, with its modular SaaS platform that automates software license analysis, enabling IT, procurement, and compliance teams to reduce risk, control costs, and improve visibility across their software estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process started with over 100 applications<\/strong>, of which 22 were shortlisted and invited to interviews. The selection criteria targeted companies that have already proven their potential, showing rapid growth, annual revenues exceeding half a million euros, and a clear vision for global expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mihnea Cr\u0103ciun<\/strong>, Managing Director of Endeavor Romania, emphasized the potential of local entrepreneurs and the role of the Scale Up program in accelerating their international growth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRomania continues to demonstrate that it has entrepreneurs capable of building products and companies with global impact. With each new cohort, we see teams that have already passed the market test and are ready to take the next step toward international scaling. Through the Scale Up program, we aim to provide them with access to the resources, network, and global expertise that can accelerate this journey and strengthen Romania\u2019s role as a regional hub for innovation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the course of six months, participants will benefit from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Comprehensive diagnostics and a personalized work plan<\/strong>, co-created to assess challenges and establish strategic priorities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  1:1 mentorship and strategic expertise<\/strong>, offering real-time recommendations from top entrepreneurs and investors;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Peer-to-peer sessions<\/strong>, fostering a strong community where founders openly share scaling challenges, perspectives, and solutions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Tailored workshops<\/strong>, addressing common challenges identified within the cohort;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  A 3-day Founders\u2019 Bootcamp<\/strong>, bringing together international guests, partners, and members of Endeavor Romania\u2019s Board;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  Extensive networking opportunities<\/strong>, both in Romania and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf  A key novelty of this edition is the introduction of the fellow mentor<\/strong> role for each participating company. Selected from Endeavor Romania\u2019s local network, the fellow mentor will accompany the founders throughout the six months, closely following their progress and providing both strategic and tactical support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s edition also marks a significant expansion of strategic partnerships: Mastercard and UiPath<\/strong> are joining UniCredit Bank Romania<\/strong>, the program\u2019s main partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Scale Up Program is also supported by Endeavor Romania\u2019s local Board of Directors<\/strong>, which includes companies such as Dedeman, Globalworth, eMag, Banca Transilvania, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), RTPR, Centrico, and EY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
