On 30.06.2025, the financing contract for the project “INCLUSIVE – Employment services for young people, including NEETs”, ID 337158, co-financed by the European Union through the Education and Employment Programme 2021 – 2027, Priority: P02 “Developing the potential of young people on the labor market (Youth employment)” was signed. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESO4.1 “Improving access to the labour market and activation measures for all job seekers, in particular young people, in particular by implementing the Youth Guarantee, for the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups on the labour market and for inactive people, as well as by promoting self-employment and the social economy European Social Fund+, Action 2.a.2. Preparation and provision of training\/employment services for young people, including NEETs, through integrated packages of active measures tailored to the profile of young people, Call for projects: PEO\/440\/PEO_P2\/OP4\/ESO4.1\/PEO_A47 – Active employment measures for young people, including NEETs – Less developed regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project “INCLUSIVE – Employment services for young people, including NEETs”,<\/strong> MySMIS Code 337158, is implemented by GLOBAL COMMERCIUM DEVELOPMENT SRL, as Beneficiary, in partnership with the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest <\/strong><\/span>and has as its general objective the development of active employment measures for young people, including for NEET young people, offered in personalized integrated service packages to stimulate the employment of 278 young people under 30 years of age from the South-Muntenia and South-West Oltenia Regions, in order to improve access to the labor market and support the promotion of social equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementation period: 01.07.2025 – 31.12.2027 (30 months).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total eligible value: 4,976,181.97 LEI, of which 4,077,727.66 LEI represents the eligible non-refundable value from the ESF+, 691,617.49 LEI represents the eligible non-refundable value from the national budget and 206,836.82 LEI represents co-financing of the partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The general objective of the project: is represented by the development of active employment measures for young people, including NEET youth, offered in personalized integrated service packages to stimulate the employment of 278 young people under 30 years of age from the South-Muntenia and South-West Oltenia Regions, in order to improve access to the labor market and support the promotion of social equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The target group is made up of 278 young people, aged between 18 and 30, with permanent residence in Romania, in one of the counties in the South-Muntenia and South-West Oltenia regions, both from urban and rural areas, according to the legislation in force. They are part of the following categories: inactive people, NEET youth and people looking for a job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
