With a team of over 850 professionals, this distinction confirms the organization\u2019s commitment to maintaining an inclusive and future-oriented organizational culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new role, Claudiu Bodea will coordinate the expansion and strategic transformation of ADP\u2019s Bucharest Center of Excellence (CoE), which plays a key role in ADP\u2019s global Employer Services International (ESI) network, contributing to innovation, operational excellence and regional service delivery. In this new role, he will remain in ADP\u2019s Bucharest office and lead the ADP Romania executive team, managing multiple operational areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>Claudiu Bodea, General Manager, ADP Romania<\/strong>: Taking on the role of General Manager of ADP Romania is both an honor and a responsibility that I take seriously. The local HR market is undergoing an accelerated transformation, influenced by digitalization, the ever-changing expectations of employees and the increasing emphasis on their experience. More and more organizations are adopting cloud-based solutions, automating payroll processes and integrating modern talent management systems to meet these challenges. At ADP, we have the optimal framework to support this transition, combining leading-edge technology with our international expertise. As more and more Romanian companies expand across borders, our role is to support them to develop with confidence and compliance in a complex global environment\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bodea has been part of the ADP team since 2015, during which time he held several key leadership roles in areas essential for the development and evolution of ADP Romania. His previous positions include Director of Business Transformation, Director of HR Solutions Operations \u2013 iHCM, and most recently, Senior Director of Global Payroll Operations for the EMEA region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past ten years, Claudiu Bodea has played a decisive role in developing and consolidating the Center of Excellence (CoE) model in Romania, successfully leading numerous transformation initiatives at ADP Romania. His achievements include the implementation of continuous business process optimization programs, the launch of internal platforms such as IdeaBank and educational initiatives such as Improve Academy, as well as the adoption of modern methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
