The acquisition will integrate Mesh\u2019s email security capabilities into Bitdefender GravityZone, the company&#8217;s flagship platform for unified security, compliance, and risk analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With millions of customers in over 170 countries, Bitdefender is a cybersecurity leader that delivers threat prevention, detection, and response solutions. The company has pioneered innovations in anti-malware, IoT security, behavioural analytics, and artificial intelligence, and its technology is licensed by more than 200 of the world\u2019s technology brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CMS advised Bitdefender on all aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, structuring, negotiating the transaction documents, and will continue to assist with closing matters.
