Dentsu Romania announces the strategic appointment of Daniel Corneanu as Head of Digital and Diana Oancea as Head of Performance. This marks a significant step forward in strengthening the agency\u2019s Digital service line and leadership structure.  These appointments underscore dentsu\u2019s commitment to cultivating leadership from within and enhancing the agency\u2019s ability to deliver integrated, future-ready media solutions. As part of this evolution, Daniel and Diana will join the dentsu Romania Management Team and report directly to <\/strong>Media & Creative Practice Lead, dentsu Southeast Europe<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bringing over 15 years of experience agency and client side, Daniel Corneanu<\/strong> will lead the Digital Team, manage the digital media buying for clients and develop the data and tools offering of the agency. Known for his broad expertise across the digital spectrum, team coordination, and strategic account leadership, Daniel steps into the role with a strong track record and a deep understanding of dentsu\u2019s client needs. Daniel also implemented the first retail media campaign for a beer brand in Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diana Oancea<\/strong>, who continues in her role as Head of Performance, brings a wealth of experience spanning 15 years in various roles within agencies. Diana manages and coordinates the Performance Team, strengthening key areas including performance, programmatic and martech. She is responsible for implementing and executing the digital strategy to maximize demand and ensure the highest effectiveness of digital campaigns. Her strong focus on results, team leadership, and performance excellence has consistently contributed to the delivery of high-impact campaigns for dentsu\u2019s clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
