IPP Holding, a Romanian company active in retail marketing services in Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Bulgaria, and, more recently, Poland, has signed an agreement to take over the majority stake (90%) of Imersia Multichannel Agency. Both parties signed the deal at the end of last year, and the Competition Council is currently analysing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IPP Holding is the sole shareholder in Instore Power Provider (IPP), a company founded by Ionut Valeriu Corniciuc 19 years ago, and has various participation shares in companies in related fields such as promotional logistics, retail media, and in-store robotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imersia Multichannel Agency was founded in 2009 by George \u0218tef\u0103nescu, James Kodor, and Lavinia Yassien and offers integrated distribution and trade marketing services to fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
