Since 2012, we have collaborated with one of Europe\u2019s largest inverter manufacturers, providing interventions in photovoltaic parks across Romania and Europe. In 2024, we announced that opening this subsidiary would be our next strategic step, and we are thrilled to see this objective materialize. The Essen subsidiary allows us to respond more promptly to the needs of clients in Germany and neighboring countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Austria, and Switzerland, thereby reducing equipment downtime and improving performance. Our goal is to transfer the expertise we have developed in Romania to one of Europe\u2019s most advanced renewable energy markets. By establishing this subsidiary, we strengthen our position in the photovoltaic energy sector and create a bridge for new strategic partnerships. Together with our partners, we aim to support Europe\u2019s energy transition through innovation, efficiency, and sustainability,\u201d <strong>stated Ana Nedea, Strategy and Business Development Director of Simtel Team.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In its initial phase, the German subsidiary will offer preventive and corrective maintenance services for photovoltaic and energy storage systems. These services are essential for optimizing installation performance and minimizing the risks associated with operational interruptions. In the medium term, Simtel plans to expand the subsidiary\u2019s activities by introducing additional business lines from its portfolio, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects for photovoltaic systems and energy storage solutions, as well as the commercialization of autonomous robots produced by Agora Robotics, a Simtel Group company dedicated to this activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Germany, one of the largest renewable energy markets in Europe, provides an ideal environment for Simtel\u2019s entry into Central and Western Europe. The choice of Essen, located in the North Rhine-Westphalia region, was influenced by its proximity to existing clients and partners as well as its easy access to neighboring markets. Locally, the company will have an operational team that includes technical personnel and business development specialists, whose primary responsibility will be identifying opportunities to scale the group\u2019s business lines in Germany and adjacent countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative marks a significant step in Simtel\u2019s international development strategy. By expanding into the German market, the group strengthens its position as a European provider of integrated solutions in renewable energy and opens new prospects for generating consolidated revenues.
