The company\u2019s presence in Europe, which leads in the overall regulation of crypto via its MiCA rules, also offers the pathway to entry into other markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Europe is also a growing force in the web3 market, with a talent pool that Alchemy can tap into via the Bware Labs footprint, the firm added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Alchemy will take over Bware\u2019s business, the expectation is that the deal will not impact respective companies\u2019 customers. Operations will continue as normal for Bware\u2019s Blast API and blockchain validator businesses, with integration into Alchemy\u2019s product suite set to occur in the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Alchemy&#8217;s announcement, the transaction means that Bware\u2019s Blast API and Blockchain Validator businesses will continue to operate as they were, and will be integrated into Alchemy\u2019s product suite over the coming months.
