Olga Botușan named HR Director for within Stefanini

IT solution provider Stefanini, operating in 39 countries and 88 offices, names Olga Botusan as HR director for EMEA region.

Olga joined Stefanini team this year as HR Manager for Romania, Moldavia, Poland and Recruitment Manager for EMEA. In the new position, the manager will coordinate the HR strategy for all the countries in EMEA region where Stefanini runs operations, representing around 2.300 employees. Also, Olga becomes member of Executive Leadership team within Stefanini.

"Olga has proven through the projects he has coordinated this year and through the changes made to the HR team that she can cope with the new responsibilities that come with the regional position," says Manuel Frade, CEO Stefanini EMEA . "I am confident that through her experience and skills, she will be able to attract the most talented people in the market and manage to create a stronger, more powerful and united team," he added.

"The position of HR Director for a region so important to Stefanini as EMEA is a great responsibility for me, but also an opportunity to capitalize on my experience on a different level, the regional one," says Olga Botusan. "There are differences in the markets I will coordinate, differences in culture, approach, level of readiness, and I will try to integrate them all, but also to bring them to a common denominator – our own Stefanini culture."

Olga delivers over 15 years' experience in HR, working for companies in telecom, IT, consultancy services and BPO, with management positions in several multinational companies such as HP and Accenture. Olga Botusan is a graduate of Psychology Faculty within Bucharest University and she owns a master degree in HR management.
