Grégoire Vigroux appointed the new Vice-President Marketing of TELUS International Europe
Grégoire Vigroux has been named Vice-President, Marketing of TELUS International Europe. Over the past decade, he co-founded and sold several fast-growing companies locally, including CallPoint. The 36 year-old Frenchman has been based in Bucharest since 2006
CallPoint Romania was founded as a contact center in 2007 and acquired by the global BPO leader TELUS International five years later. At the time of the acquisition, in 2012, CallPoint had 900 team members in Bulgaria and Romania. As of today, the company employs more than 3,500 people across seven delivery centers: Sofia and Plovdiv (Bulgaria); Bucharest and Craiova (Romania), as well as offices in Manchester and Cannock (England).
Prior to founding CallPoint (now named TELUS International Europe), Mr. Vigroux gained experience in France and the United States. His qualifications include Master D2A (Sorbonne University), an MBA (ESG Group), and INSEEC Lyon Business School.
In his role of Vice-President, Marketing, Mr. Vigroux will drive the company's efforts to generate new business growth in Europe, with a main focus on the German, French and UK markets, leveraging innovative marketing campaigns and a robust external communication plan.
In addition to his new role, Mr. Vigroux remains a Member of the Romanian Board of Directors and also operates as the Vice-Chair of the TELUS International Romania Community Board.
