Capgemini to open new office at Suceava Capgemini, one of the leading providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, says it plans to expand its business in Romania, by opening a new office in Suceava, after Bucharest and Iasi, according to local news.  At Suceava, the company plans to create 160 workplaces to start function in the first half of this year and the recruitment process is scheduled for the upcoming future. The company seeks specialists in IT, infrastructure management, Help Desk support and project management, fluent in least one foreign language: English, French, Spanish or Italian.
"Suceava is located near our head office in Iasi and is a city with a long academic tradition due to the well-known Stefan cel Mare University , with many faculties, including economics, technical and philological, with over 9,000 students. In the new office, Capgemini will continue to provide support and infrastructure management services, according to ITIL methodology, as well as monitoring and hosting services," said Marcin Nowak, Delivery Centre Director, Infrastructure Services Eastern Europe, Capgemini.
In Romania, Capgemini has 600 employees, with 240 located in the Bucharest office and 360 in Iasi.
With more than 190,000 people, Capgemini is present in over 40 countries and celebrates its 50th anniversary year in 2017. The group reported 2016 global revenues of 12.5 billion Euro, according to the official website.
