Exclusive OT: GRS to grow 50% in 2016 into Bucharest and Piatra Neamt
Global Remote Services (GRS) will invest into growing its personnel from 400 to 600 people into its business process outsourcing (BPO) and contact center, Cosmin Raducu-Efrim, general manager of GRS, told Outsourcing Today.

"Now we have about 400 employees involved into production, and we will add an extra 200 during 2016. The current overall number of employees of the group is of about 460 people. We will continue investing into our image, empowering our further development t into Italy, France and UK, which are our main markets," said Raducu-Efrim.
GRS entered Romanian operations in 2004, with 2 million euro invested so far into the business by the end-2015.
"To grow 50% as an independent contact center is an ambitious target for this year. There are signals of developing to other towns as well," he added.
GRS's last year's revenue reached about 5 million Euro, marking a small decrease over 2014, but keeping up the profit growth to a similar level as last year, said Raducu-Efrim.
